Tenant Viewing Booking Package 1: £75- 5 viewings included none refundable if less are required 

Tenant Viewing Booking Package 2: £150 - 10 viewings included none refundable if less are required 

Tenant Viewing Booking Package 3: £225 - 15 viewings included none refundable if less are required 

Tenant Viewing Booking Package 4: £300 - 20 viewings included none refundable if less are required 

Tenant Viewing Package 5: £500 - Unlimited viewings within a 6 month period. Gives insurance in case tenants leave.

Tenant Viewing Package 6: £1000 - Unlimited viewings within a 12 month period. Gives insurance in case tenants leave.

Tenant Viewing bookings consist of us booking viewings for landlords to do them selves. Ideal for landlords with busy schedules who only have limited time, but prefer to deal with their own property matters. Packages are limited to 1 property only per purchase. HMO's will be charged per tenant with negotiable amounts based on the property size and condition.

Rent Arrears Support – £75 non refundable upfront cost + 15% of any arrears reclaimed - contains letters, email and phone contact to tenants in arrears to understand thier situation and agree terms of repayment.

We follow up missed rent with understanding, find out why payments were delayed, and work with tenants to agree affordable repayment options — protecting landlords while supporting tenants.

Inventories: £60 per occasion - Ensure you are covered for any damages or utility disputes that may occur.

Tenant Find Service: Rental Value up to £999.99 p/m: £420.00

Tenant Find Service: Rental value between £1000 and £1299.99: £630.00

Tenant Find Service: Rental value between £1300 and £1599.99: £735.00

Tenant Find Service: Rental value between £1600 and £2000: £840.00

Tenant Find Service: Rental value £2000+: £1,060.00

Tenant Find Service Package 1: Tenant Find Service price +50%. Unlimited Finds within a 6 month period for 1 property. Gives insurance in case tenants leave.

Tenant Find Service Package 2: Tenant Find Service price +100%. Unlimited Finds within a 12 month period for 1 property. Gives insurance in case tenants leave.

For Tenant find services we will deal with all bookings as well as viewings and references where required for a one off price. Available on a limited basis. 25% payable upfront as a Initial Marketing Contribution with rest of payment due upon placement of tenant. Request to see if this service is available for you. HMO's will be charged per tenant with negotiable amounts based on the property size and condition.

Initial Charge: £240 per contract plus Tenant find fee

Rent Collection Service: 6% of the monthly rent each month

For rent collection we will deal with the taking of payments from tenants, as well as the management of any arrears that may occur. 25% payable upfront as a Initial Marketing Contribution with rest of payment due upon placement of tenant.  HMO's will be charged per tenant with negotiable amounts based on the property size and condition.
